This Milani eyeliner stays on my oily eyelids for a good 6 hours. It starts to fade from the inner corners first. This eyeliner doesn’t smudge once applied. The eyeliner is long lasting. I can easily remove this eyeliner with an oil-based makeup remover. I mainly use coconut oil to remove my eye makeup and it works really well.
