Seascape Product Review

Seascape Island Apothecary are a brand who want to help you look after your skin by using products that are 100% natural using British ingredients, which is fantastic to support a home brand. Seascape have award winning body lotions, body butter and body scrubs as well as a lot of other products, the website has ranges from bath and body to a men’s range and maternity so there is lots to choose from.

Below I am reviewing products that I personally have tried to give you a balanced review of how they have worked for me.

The products I have reviewed are:

Uplift Awake oil £10 – This awake oil is in a handy little roll top bottle to easily use and take with you, unlike some oils this soaks in to your temples and wrists quite easily with a gorgeous scent of grape and almond to help you wake up and stay awake during the day. With essential oils such as Jersey Eucalyptus, Lime and Lavender this will be kind to your skin while doing its job of keeping you awake, it certainly woke me up in the morning with this powerful scent. Verdict 8/10.

Soothe Sleep Oil £10 – I have trouble drifting off to sleep despite trying oils in the bath before bed and even lavender pillows, this sleep oil is designed to help aid relaxation and sleep. Just like the awake oil this is in a handy roll top bottle that I applied to my wrists and temples with the oil soaking into my skin easily without leaving any residue which is fantastic. I have been using this oil for nearly a week now and so far it actually works in helping me to relax more and drift off quicker, I do a routine of relax before bed still and just added this oil to my normal routine. This contains fruit and flower oils and is suitable to use while pregnant. Verdict 9/10.

Peppermint Oil Lip balm £10 – If you have seen any of my social media posts then you know I love lip balms! I have so many but my lips really suffer in the winter, so to keep soft lips and to help lipstick apply better I regularly use lip balm a few times a day. I normally prefer using a stick of balm but this little pot was still easy to use and small enough to fit inside my handbag front pocket. This peppermint lip balm leaves a little tingling minty fresh feeling which I love and makes your lips so soft, this contains natural peppermint, Jersey Peppermint, Jersey Honey and Jojoba Seed Oil. Verdict 7/10.

Uplift Body Lotion £16 300ml – I am obsessed with the scent of this body lotion which is Jersey Eucalyptus, Lime and Lavender, its quite a powerful smell and it lingers on your body for ages which I love. The body lotion also contains Shea Butter and Jersey Beeswax to protect and nourish your skin. I have been using this for a week now and I am converted from my Clarins body lotion to using this…I have softer skin, this suits my skin extremely well. Verdict 10/10.

These products are fantastic and have worked well with me and I will be purchasing some more as soon as I have run out! The body lotion is to die for…the smell it leaves is gorgeous. I have also had the salt body scrub last year which was amazing too, this is really a great British brand. If you would like to purchase some Seascape products or gift items then you can via their website with free delivery on orders over £20!
